Firstly, thank you to all the participants who attended the September holiday workshops. It was a pleasure seeing some familiar faces and meeting new ones. I hope that everyone found the workshops useful and remember the oral and writing techniques we worked on for their SA2.

I’ll be putting up the December holiday workshop schedule by the end of the week.

Secondly, it has been a busy month as the PSLE approaches and I bid farewell to my beloved P6s. Every year I feel sad to see them go. I’ll miss their stories and humor and the friendships that have developed through the year(s) in our small classes. Yet, at the same time, I am excited for them as they begin their journey into the next stage of their lives.

I have also begun preparing for my new classes and moving my existing classes up one level. (I’ll be writing a blog post on how we are preparing for the jump from P4 to P5).

All my classes for 2017 are now full. However, please let me know if you would like to put your child’s name on the Wait List and for which timing as movement may happen after the SA2. I could not open more than 2 classes this year as I have a number of PSLE 2017 classes.

Lastly, every year I ask the parents of my P6 students if they could spare some time to write a testimonial about their child’s experiences in my classes and I’ll scan them and put them up on the blog soon.

If I do not get the chance to post again before the PSLE, Good Luck to everyone!
